WHAT WE DO

Over 30 Years Of Experience.

Façade and façade component testing is our only business. Our area of concentration is field verification of the built environment through standard and custom test methods. We provide testing for new construction projects, retrofit projects and leak investigations.

Our principals and managers have a combined 30+ years of fenestration design and testing experience. We are participating members of many standard development bodies and government agencies. BET employees are participating, voting, and chair committee members of the following:

  • ASTM, E6, and E5

  • AAMA – Method of Test Committee and Sub-Committees

  • BPI – Standards Development Committee

  • ASHRAE – Building Envelop Technical Committees

  • NYC DOB Chapter 17 Committee

  • NYC DOB Energy Code Committee

  • NYC DOB FISP Committee
